Narcissistic Abuse Therapy
The Structured Recovery Protocol™
Specialized psychotherapy for narcissistic abuse recovery.
If you are here, you may be feeling confused, emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, or questioning your own reality.
You may understand it, you may not. But clearly something is off. And no one around you can truly relate.
Narcissistic abuse can be profoundly disorienting—and extraordinarily difficult to navigate alone.
And if you’re here, you’ve finally found someone who understands.
Take a deep breath!
I help high-functioning professionals and individuals recover from narcissistic abuse using a structured, trauma-informed approach.
Recovery from narcissistic abuse may involve more than traditional talk therapy.
Treatment may address both the cognitive impact of the abuse and the trauma -related responses within the nervous system.
Since 2014, and through more than 10,000 hours of focused clinical work with clients in narcissistic abuse recovery, I have developed The Structured Recovery Protocol™—a specialized, trauma-informed psychotherapy approach designed to support stabilization, clarity, trauma processing, and deeper self-reconnection.
A focused, structured format designed to make purposeful use of each session.
Before contacting me, please take a moment to review the session information and fees to ensure my practice and, The Structured Recovery Protocol™ is the right fit for your needs.

I am a long established Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I specialize in identifying and working with complex relational dynamics that are often difficult to articulate but deeply felt.
My work is grounded in the ability to:
- detect incongruence between presentation and underlying behaviour
- recognize patterns of emotional manipulation and coercive control
- map relational dynamics with clarity and precision
- understand the psychological drivers behind behaviour
- remain steady and clinically focused within ambiguity and complexity
These capacities support a structured, efficient approach to treatment—particularly for individuals recovering from confusing or destabilizing relational experiences.
My clinical practice has focused exclusively on narcissistic abuse recovery for over 12 years and more than 10,000 direct client hours. From this clinical experience, I developed The Structured Recovery Protocol ™.
Online Service Availability
Virtual psychotherapy is available throughout Ontario, Canada and in other jurisdictions where permitted.
If you are seeking a structured, time-limited approach to understanding and addressing the impact of a destabilizing relationship, this model provides a focused path forward.
