How do I heal from narcissistic abuse?

We will begin by assessing where you are at … and then use a clear, phased approach to healing:

  1. Stabilization & Safety – nervous system regulation, clarity, containment, addressing the trauma bond if necessary.
  2. Integration & Boundaries – identity restoration, relational safety
  3. Trauma Processing – resolving stored trauma responses

Is narcissistic abuse considered trauma?

Yes. Narcissistic abuse creates psychological and neurobiological trauma that affects the nervous system and stress response.

Why doesn't traditional talk therapy work for narcissistic abuse?

Talk therapy often addresses knowledge but not the nervous system where trauma responses are stored.

How long does narcissistic abuse recovery take?

Recovery varies, but specialized trauma therapy often leads to meaningful change in a focused, structured timeframe.  Longer sessions provide an in-depth framework that may reduce the need for more sessions.

What about confidentiality?

All information shared in the therapeutic process is private confidential.

Can high-functioning professionals still have trauma?

Absolutely. Functioning and trauma frequently coexist, especially in high-achievers. Performance can be exceptional on the outside, yet feeling of self-doubt, confusion and and over-thinking is occurring on the inside.

What makes therapy for elite clients different?

Discretion, structure, depth, and trauma-informed precision tailored to complex lives.  All in a short-term framework.
