About Martha C. Digby, RP
Martha C. Digby is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) who has specialized exclusively in narcissistic abuse and complex relational trauma since 2014.
Martha graduated from Transformational Arts College in Spiritual Psychotherapy, an approach that provided a strong foundation for understanding the deeper psychological and existential impact of narcissistic abuse—including the erosion of identity, self-trust, personal meaning and connection to self.
Her expertise has since been shaped by advanced trauma training and more than 10,000 hours of direct clinical work with over 1,350 adults affected by narcissistic abuse, coercive control, gaslighting, trauma bonding and psychological manipulation.
From this work, Martha developed The Structured Recovery Protocol™, a specialized, evidence-informed psychotherapy approach integrating trauma treatment, nervous system regulation, attachment-informed psychotherapy and Brainspotting, where clinically appropriate.
Martha’s practice is devoted exclusively to adults seeking highly specialized, structured care for narcissistic abuse recovery. She also provides consultation to legal professionals and law firms seeking clinical insight into narcissistic abuse, coercive control, trauma bonding and high-conflict relationship dynamics.
As a narcissistic abuse therapist, Martha provides online psychotherapy for adults throughout Ontario, Canada & the U.S., and in other jurisdictions where permitted.

Experience Matters
Recovering from narcissistic abuse involves far more than leaving the relationship. Many survivors experience trauma bonding, gaslighting, nervous system dysregulation, chronic self-doubt, emotional confusion, intrusive rumination, grief, and a profound loss of self-trust.
As a narcissistic abuse therapist, I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy designed specifically for adults recovering from narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, coercive control, psychological manipulation, and complex relational trauma.
Treatment focuses on restoring clarity, regulating the nervous system, processing trauma, rebuilding healthy boundaries, strengthening self-trust, and helping you move forward with confidence.
